R&R Signature session

from £70.00

My signature session is an extended 1.5 hour appointment, with time to weave Reiki, herbalism and nature-based mindfulness together.

Each session is different, and unique to you and your needs today. There may be stillness, conversation, energy work, plants, time in the garden, intuitive guidance or simply space to be. Our time is intuitively and spiritually guided.

This work can be deeply nourishing and restorative — but it can also be profound, challenging and transformative.

  • Monday & Wednesday evenings, between 6:30 - 9pm

  • Tuesday, Thursday through the day, between 9am - 3:30pm

  • Friday mornings, between 9am - 12:30pm

The Signature Session begins with you walking up through the herb garden to the Sanctuary door, already you feel your shoulders drop and breathe in the goodness of the plants. I’ll welcome you with a seasonal cup of herbal tea, and we’ll talk about the reason you’ve made this space and time.

  • A non-judgemental and grounded space to discuss and develop your intentions, with spiritually guided focus and clarity;

  • I’ll lead you in a short guided meditation and breathing practice to settle in to the space energetically;

  • Then settle to share in a hands-on Reiki healing experience.

  • Make or select a 2 herbal remedies to take home and get to know, selected in conversation after your Reiki session and bespoke for your current needs or place on your healing journey.

  • We’ll find a herbal tea blend just for you, and you’ll take a packet home to carry forward the healing of these herbs.

Leave the Sanctuary feeling a sense of empowerment in your own healing journey, and with ideas, confidence and inspiration to continue discovering the power of plants and natural energy healing.

Once you have booked an appointment, it means that Liz has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. No refunds are available if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or re-schedule email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk

If you are unwell, I invite you to try Distance Reiki instead of cancelling your appointment. It is effective, restorative, and relaxing in exactly the same way as an in-person session. If you are unwell and cannot make your appointment please contact me liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to arrange to hold your appointment at the same time but via distance reiki.

I retain the right to refuse or postpone the Reiki treatment,

  1. If the practitioner is not able to treat for any reason,

  2. If the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,

  3. If the client behaves in any way which may lead the practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused,

  4. In the case of late attendance of the client.
