For self-development, intuitive guidance, wellbeing and holistic health, we’ll plan your session based on your personal needs, concerns and interests. Through a blending of Reiki (natural energy healing) hands-on therapy and a selection of bespoke herbal remedies to take home, I hope to empower you to support yourself.

  • Welcome to the Sanctuary, and settle with a cup of seasonal herbal tea,

  • A non-judgemental and grounded space to discuss and develop your intentions, with focus and clarity;

  • I’ll lead you in a short guided meditation and breathing practice to settle in to the space energetically;

  • A hands-on Reiki session with a guided meditation, supporting energy activation and flow,

  • Make or select a few herbal remedies to take home and get to know,

  • Learn about a few specific healing plant species which come to our attention during the session, and I’ll follow up with a few recipe ideas, inspirations, and self-help guidance for using this plant/s - own your wellbeing!

Leave the Sanctuary feeling a sense of empowerment in your own healing journey, and with ideas, confidence and inspiration to continue discovering the power of plants and natural energy healing.

Once you have booked an appointment, it means that Liz has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. No refunds are available if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or re-schedule email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk

If you are unwell, I invite you to try Distance Reiki instead of cancelling your appointment. It is effective, restorative, and relaxing in exactly the same way as an in-person session. If you are unwell and cannot make your appointment please contact me liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to arrange to hold your appointment at the same time but via distance reiki.

I retain the right to refuse or postpone the Reiki treatment,

  1. If the practitioner is not able to treat for any reason,

  2. If the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,

  3. If the client behaves in any way which may lead the practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused,

  4. In the case of late attendance of the client.
