Reiki training with Liz
I am delighted to offer a variety of Reiki training opportunities, and would be delighted to welcome you here at the R&R Sanctuary to learn and practice Usui Reiki with me.
Whether you feel completely new to Reiki, or you have studied Reiki in the past with a Western / modern Reiki Teacher, I would love to introduce you to the grounding, accessible, simple version of Usui Reiki. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, practicing and teaching all 3 levels of the System - Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden.
I have been practicing Reiki for 8 years. It is my personal practice is to weave together:
Usui Reiki meditations, mantra & healing,
Holistic herbalism,
Nature connection through seasonal ritual,
Mindfulness meditation.

Options for learning
My pricing structure is transparent and simple:
For group classes, the prices are based on £20 per person / hour;
For 1:1 learning, the price is based on £30 per person / hour.

Level 1 - Shoden a 7 hour class, £140
Level 2 - Okuden a total of 11 hours contact teaching, £220
Level 3 - Shinpiden a total of 11 hours contact teaching, £220
Classes always include practical, hands-on experience. You will learn the theory behind the System, with time for discussion and questions, exploring ideas for how the practice can be adapted to your personalisation. There will also be hands-on practice, meditation, visulisation, mantra, symbols, hands-on healing and nature-based energy practices.

1:1 learning options
I have other options for learning available, to meet your personal needs and your best way of learning and experiencing Reiki.
1:1 Reiki training, in person here at the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary on weekdays Monday - Thursday. Please email me liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to discuss and arrange based on mutual availability.
Level 1 (Shoden) can be taught 1:1 in 6 hours, and costs £180
Level 2 (Okuden) as a 1:1 option takes 9 hours of contact teaching, costing £270
Level 3 (Shinpiden) taught 1:1 is also 9 hours of contact time, £270
3-part series of sessions - Next available in June 2026. The training and practice is spread over 3 sessions, if that’s a better way to structure your journey with Reiki;
1:1 Reiki training online via Zoom. This is still an in-person training, I am 1:1 on the call. This is set up by mutual agreement, email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to discuss:
Level 1 - total Zoom teaching time is 6 hours, spread over 3× 2 hour calls. £180
Level 2 - total Zoom teaching time is 10 hours, spread over 5× 2 hour calls. £300

Reiki training - private groups
I also teach in small private groups, either online or in person.
This is set up by mutual agreement. The total time for teaching Reiki 1 is 6 hours, and the total time for Reiki 2 is 8 hours. In discussion, we can plan the best way to structure the time.
