This page is a collection of Reiki Resources, to support you as you make Reiki practice your own. These are freely available, intended to grow your confidence after Reiki training… use them while they’re helpful, but over time see how you can adapt / overlap / weave them into your own personal approach.

You are welcome to share them with anyone; maybe the ‘Meditative Moment’ practices (the last 3) are more generally accessible.

    This can be used by advanced Reiki practitioners with Reiki Level II training, as it weaves in the Reiki Symbols and their mantras through meditation.

    Their particular vibrations and properties will help to re-balance, increasing our grounding and connection, and bringing self-love into our life.
