May: herb plant walks at Yellowcraig

£20.00

It has been wonderful to meet with like-minded, nature loving people over the last few months on our Reiki / Remedy events and workshops… so I thought I’d continue the seasonal experiences with some nature connection and immersive wild-plant walks at Yellowcraig. Offered on two dates:

  • Tuesday 5th May, 7 - 8:30pm wild-plant walk & nature connection at Yellowcraig

  • Wednesday 13th May, 7 - 8:30pm wild-plant walk & nature connection at Yellowcraig

We’ll taste and try some herbal remedies made with the season’s wild-plants, and experience a mindful nature connection practice to feel a sense of belonging and connection.

You can expect a warm welcome and a friendly open group who love a good herbal chat! Bring your questions, we have the plants and nature as our teacher. Suitable for complete beginners, everything is explained and all materials and refreshments provided.

Accessibility: Please note, we will be walking a short section of the John Muir Way, which is not a surfaced path and may restrict wheeled access. Our route will include short detours into woodland areas (on paths) and into the dunes. We will walk at a gentle pace, stopping often, and the total route of the walk is approximately 1.5km. If you would like more information about the route or facilities at Yellowcraig please do email me: liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk

If you don’t see a workshop or date that suits, please get in touch and we can put together a bespoke session for you and your friends, either here at the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary in North Berwick, or out and about on a foraging workshop.
