Herbs, Honey & Hygge - 3x evening series

from £25.00

A seasonal favourite — Herbs, Honey & Hygge ✨
An introduction to making herbal remedies for winter wellness.

Weekly drop-in option now available, or book the block of 3x Tuesday evenings: 3rd, 10th & 17th November, 7:30 - 9pm. All ingredients, materials, refreshments & printed notes included.

These workshops are for all…

  • For you, if you’re new to herbalism, or

  • If you would like to build confidence and develop your herbal remedy making skills, or

  • If you just enjoy making your seasonal remedies with other like-minded people.

Join me by the fire and around the kitchen table to learn about and make herbal remedies to support healthy minds and bodies as we step towards the winter months.

A bit of time out to learn about plants which can support your health and wellbeing this winter season. I focus on herbs you can grow or forage locally, and use ingredients you can find in the local shops. Herbal medicine is the people's medicine, and the techniques I use and teach are accessible to all.

  • 3rd November: 🔥 focus on the fire! We’ll make Fire Cider, and discuss the aromatic and warming herbs useful to immune system support. Blend a warming and circulatory tonic tea blend, and taste a bio-regional liver-loving caffeine free chai.

  • 10th November: 🌿 Nourish winter skin: make a herbal glycerite - winter skin food! And a healing skin and lip balm for cracked, dry skin. Support your skin from the inside out, with a nourishing tea blend.

  • 17th November: ⚡ home remedies for when infections strike: Make a bottle of cough remedy with marshmallow root and cherry bark, and a steam-pot bundle to help you breathe easy.

Take a little time out in the cosy and restorative setting of the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary in the heart of North Berwick. Each week there will be a collection of reference notes and herbal remedies to take home, and a packet of seeds to inspire your own herb garden in 2027!

All are welcome, whether you're coming on your own or with a friend; I think you'll find this a friendly and inclusive space.
