1hr Reiki session - Restorative Reiki

from £48.00

Reiki is a therapeutic hands-on healing practice, which offers complementary healing & wellbeing for the mind, body and soul.

Liz is a Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher: “I love to share Reiki hands-on healing as a grounding, calming, balancing experience to help you find your way back to your own innate natural wellbeing.”

Reiki can help you release stress, it helps calm the nervous system, and restores a sense of balance. These sessions are ideal for regular support, maintenance, or when you need to hit the reset button.

Leave feeling relaxed and restored, grounded and connected to your self.

  • You can also book & pay for Reiki sessions directly, in a one-step process.

  • Use this ‘shop’ option if you are buying on behalf of someone else, or you’d like to arrange an appointment time based on mutual availability.

  • There is also an option to book a block of 3 sessions at a discount, and again, we’ll coordinate to plan suitable dates for your appointments.

Reiki is a system of mindful connection with natural life energy.  It helps you access a state of relaxation, of ‘rest & connect’ where your body can reinstate vitality, restore balance, and promote holistic wellbeing.

My aim is to offer a grounded and nurturing setting where you feel safe and seen.  A moment gently held for you to receive exactly what you need in the flow of life energy, with compassion and kindness.

What to expect:

  • You remain fully dressed, so come in comfortable clothing.

  • You will be invited to find a restful position, one best suited to supporting your relaxation. I’ll ask if you’d like to lie down or sit for the session.

  • You can opt for an entirely hands-off treatment, which is just as effective from an energetic point of view.

  • It is best not to come for a Reiki session after a heavy meal, after drinking alcohol, or after strongly caffeinated drinks.

The session is 1 hour in total, including time to settle in with a seasonal herbal tea and discuss your intention for the appointment.

I practice energy-led, intuitive traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho. My practice is to use gentle touch or hold hands over / near the body to channel universal life energy to promote healing and well-being. I am fully insured, and you can read more about Reiki here.
