A 1-hour appointment at the R&R Sanctuary with me, Liz, an insured and certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher.

My aim is to offer a grounded and nurturing setting where you feel safe and nurtured - by nature. Space and time professionally and calmly held for you to receive exactly what you need with compassion and kindness.

Picking up on your personal interests and concerns, I carefully and compassionately offer a bespoke session blending:

  • A non-judgemental and grounded space to discuss and develop your intentions, with focus and clarity;

  • A short guided meditation and breathing practice to settle in to the space energetically;

  • Reiki healing (tenohira) either hands-on or off the body;

  • Extended natural energy / nature connection techniques and tools;

  • Sometimes selecting a herbal remedy to take home, sometimes a link to a guided meditation, sometimes a recipe for your own creation;

  • Sometimes incorporating tools for spiritually guided intuition;

  • Recipe ideas, inspirations, and self-help guidance for using specific herbs - own your wellbeing!

Leave the Sanctuary feeling a sense of empowerment in your own healing journey, and with ideas, confidence and inspiration to continue discovering the power of plants and natural energy healing.

I practice energy-led, intuitive traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho. My practice is to use gentle touch or hold hands over / near the body to connect in a flow of universal life energy to promote holistic self-healing and wellbeing.

By purchasing this treatment, you will be asked to accept the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary’s waiver agreement and cancellation policy which can be accessed here

Once you have booked an appointment, it means that Liz has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. No refunds are available if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or re-schedule email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk

If you are unwell, I invite you to try Distance Reiki instead of cancelling your appointment. It is effective, restorative, and relaxing in exactly the same way as an in-person session. If you are unwell and cannot make your appointment please contact me liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to arrange to hold your appointment at the same time but via distance reiki.

I retain the right to refuse or postpone the Reiki treatment,

  1. If the practitioner is not able to treat for any reason,

  2. If the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,

  3. If the client behaves in any way which may lead the practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused,

  4. In the case of late attendance of the client.
