  • Reiki Share is perfect if you would like to develop your relationship with Reiki, vibrational healing, mindful energy practices inspired by nature, and weaving in healing plants for holistic health and wellbeing.

    For self awareness, personal growth, connection with nature and cyclical living… each month’s theme offers a way to expand within Japanese mindful energy philosophy, self development and self healing.

    When you sign up you’ll receive details for your membership account, with log in details.

    • Once a month you’ll receive a Reiki Share email with a link to the posting.

    • It will contain a guided practice, and a bundle of resources e.g. audio, video and downloadable worksheet/s.

    • Your membership includes an invitation to join a Zoom live Reiki Share practice, held on the last Monday evening of the month.

    The Zoom Reiki Share will be led by me live, and there will be opportunity for discussion. Bring your questions, thoughts or reflections. I hold the online Reiki Share as a Shinpiden Healing space, sending Reiju to all who connect.

  • The monthly posting is released on the 1st Friday of the month. The 2026 outline is:

    • January (Fri. 30th) — Guided mindful breathing practice, with self-reflection;

    • February (Fri. 27th) — Grounding practices, and the properties of Celtic Salt;

    • March (Fri. 27th) — Breathe with a plant, a reciprocal relationship practice;

    • April (Fri. 24th) — Embodiment, and an infused oil recipe;

    • May (Fri. 22nd) — Essence, and a flower essence remedy & ritual;

    • June (Fri. 5th) — Intuition, and herb-craft with Mugwort;

    • July (Fri. 3rd) — High vibration; Rose remedies and nature connection;

    • August (Fri. 7th) — Purpose, presence, and co-creating your healing garden;

    • September (Fri. 4th) — Resourcing, protecting our personal life energy;

    • October (Fri. 2nd) — Worry and anger, and a remedy for release;

    • November (Fri. 6th) — Heaven energy connection, and the night sky;

    • December (Fri. 4th) — Deep gratitude, and a remedy for rest.
