Below you’ll find details and booking links for appointments, events & classes with Liz, and you can buy our North Berwick honey and seasonal herbal tea blends.
I offer therapeutic sessions in Reiki and home herbalism to help you listen more deeply to yourself, reconnect with your body, intuition and inner knowing, and explore patterns that are ready to shift.
I also teach Reiki and home Herbalism… a joy and a passion.
Maybe you’re ready to deepen your relationship with nature and the living world, experience or learn the System / philosophy / therapy of Reiki, or would like to discover more about healing plants.
Sometimes simply knowing that something needs to change is enough to begin.
