Picking up on your personal progress and interests, the session is bespoke but usually blends:

Discuss and develop your intentions, with focus and clarity,
Make or select a herbal remedy to take home,
Natural energy / nature connection techniques and tools,
Recipe ideas, inspirations, and self-help guidance for using specific herbs - own your wellbeing!

There is an option for a block of 3 sessions at a discount. We’ll coordinate to plan suitable dates for your appointments with appropriate time between for reflection and integration.

Once you have booked an appointment, it means that Liz has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. No refunds are available if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or re-schedule email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk

If you are unwell, I invite you to try Distance Reiki instead of cancelling your appointment. It is effective, restorative, and relaxing in exactly the same way as an in-person session. If you are unwell and cannot make your appointment please contact me liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to arrange to hold your appointment at the same time but via distance reiki.

I retain the right to refuse or postpone the Reiki treatment,

If the practitioner is not able to treat for any reason,
If the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,
If the client behaves in any way which may lead the practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused,
In the case of late attendance of the client.
