Reiki I : a 3-part series

£160.00

Blending Reiki Level 1 training with simple home herbalism practices, for healing and holistic wellbeing. Combined, this series of 3x workshops completes a Reiki 1 certification.

Next available in June 2026, over a series of 3x sessions:

  • Monday mornings in June: 8th, 15th & 22nd June, 10am - 12:30pm

Held in the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary, North Berwick.

What to expect each week:

  • Level 1 Usui Reiki training including a full Reiki I manual;

  • Reiki attunement;

  • One Reiki technique taught and practised each week;

  • Learn how Reiki offers a System for holistic health and self-healing, including nervous system regulation, a support for chronic stress & fatigue, emotional and mental wellbeing, and to connect with your spiritual sense of self;

  • Each week we’ll make a herbal Remedy aligned with the week’s focus;

  • Reflection and discussions on the Reiki principles;

  • Time to feel grounded & centred in a relaxed and supported setting.

  • Receive a certificate of Reiki 1 training & attunement.

You will be able to practice Reiki for self-healing and share it with friends, family, animals and ‘everything alive’!

You will learn and practise hands-on healing technique during the final class, with my guidance and support.

  • ​Clear and comprehensive Reiki 1 training with me, Liz Thomas, Usui Reiki III (Shinpiden) Master Teacher. I’m fully insured to teach and practice Reiki;

  • Learn in a small group of up to 6 people;

  • Free access to an online Reiki Resources section of this website, to support your own practice beyond the series;

  • Option to join the membership site to access an online monthly Practice Share, supporting and inspiring your practice beyond the training course.

Perfect even if you’ve never experienced Reiki before - this series of classes take you through the Reiki Level I course, and is designed for complete beginners. This is an inclusive, calm and grounded space, with opportunity for discussing your questions as we go.

You can pay a deposit to hold a space (£50), with the full balance payable a week before the first session (£110) please email liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk to arrange.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event cannot be refunded, but your booking can be used to attend the next suitable training day.

If the training day is cancelled due to illness or unforeseen exceptional circumstances, it will be rearranged for the next possible equivalent time and day. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided. If I need to cancel due to illness or exceptional circumstance I will provide as much notice as possible, by email from the account liz@reikiremedysanctuary.co.uk. Please ensure this email address is in your safe senders list, so you receive any communications ahead of the training day.
