Kids' Reiki & Remedies - Spring holiday workshop

New for this year’s Easter / Spring holidays!
I am excited to offer a workshop session for children which weaves together Reiki-based practices with Herbalism, for nature connection.

Friday 17th April, 10 - 11:30am at the Reiki & Remedy Sanctuary
Suitable for all primary school aged children, parents / carers are welcome to stay and join in.

We will celebrate the emergence of new growth, the vibrancy of the season, and the flow of life energy. Children will be introduced to noticing energy in nature, and will learn and practice techniques for feeling the flow of life energy - a foundational Reiki based practice.

This session is particularly suitable for children who have experienced seasonal / home herbalism here with me, or who have a home practice / connection with Reiki in the family.

  • Learn and practice a nature-flow mindfulness meditation,

  • Take home a plant to nurture with flow of life energy,

  • Make a herbal remedy to support your focus and connection with life energy,

  • Learn a breathing technique that helps you feel grounded, calm and peaceful.

Adults can choose to stay or drop off. Places limited to 8 young people, please book a place for each child to ensure ratios aren’t exceeded.

Please note that once you have booked a place it is reserved for your child on this workshop. If you cancel your place less than 48 hours before the workshop series is scheduled to take place, a refund will not be possible.
